Mexican Pork Steaks
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

pork blade steaks, 1/2-inch thick
|
|

vegetable oil
|
|

cup |
chunky salsa
|
|
1/3 |
cup |
water
|
|

tablespoons |
lemon juice
|
|

teaspoon |
ground cumin
|
|
|
|
Salt, to taste
|
|
Directions:
Heat oil in nonstick skillet; brown pork steaks on both sides.
Combine salsa, water, lemon juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
