Reuben Spread
Yield: 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients

(16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained

(8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
|

(8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
|
|
1 |
pkg. |
(3 oz.) deli corned beef, chopped
|
|
3 |
tablespoons |
Thousand Island salad dressing
|
|
|
|
Party Rye Bread or Assorted Crackers
|
|
Directions:
In a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook for 2 hours or until cheeses are melted; stir to blend. Serve warm with bread or crackers.
