Pork and Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

pork tenderloin, cut into stir-fry strips

vegetable oil
|
|

pkg. |
(16 oz.) frozen oriental vegetable combination
|
|
2 |
pkgs. |
(3 1/2 oz.) ramen noodles, broken into pieces*
|
|
1 1/2 |
cups |
water
|
|
3 |
tablespoons |
soy sauce
|
|
3 |
tablespoons |
dark oriental sesame oil
|
|
1 |
tablespoon |
toasted sesame seeds, if desired
|
|
Directions:
Heat oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.
*Save seasoning packets from noodles for another use or discard.
